SERVICEPOWER TECHNOLOGIES PLC ("ServicePower" or "the Company") Directors/PDMR Shareholdings Further to the announcement today that the Company has placed, conditional onadmission, 5,957,268 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("thePlacing Shares")("the Placing"), the Company announces that two directors ofthe Company subscribed for sharesSubject to admission of the Placing Shares which is expected on 9 November2005, 125,000 Placing Shares have been subscribed for by Barry Welck,ServicePower's Non-Executive Chairman, 185,736 Placing Shares have beensubscribed for by Lindsay Bury, a Non-Executive director of the Company and781,250 Placing Shares have been subscribed for by BFLAP, a Limited LiabilityPartnership of which Lindsay Bury is a partner.
