ServicePower Technologies Plc (AIM: SVR), a market leader in workforce management software, announces that on 17 May 2016, Hugh Fitzwilliam-Lay, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, and Marne Martin, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 661,731 and 327,354 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company respectively ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.5 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Transaction").

As a result of the Transaction, Hugh Fitzwilliam-Lay and Marne Martin have an interest in 10,173,276 and 389,395 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.47% and 0.17% of the Company's issued share capital, respectively.
