Director Shareholding

ServicePower Technologies Plc (AIM: SVR), a market leader in field management, was informed on 12 May 2014 that on that date Lindsay Bury, non-executive director of the Company, purchased 733,062 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 6.1 pence per Ordinary Share.

Furthermore, the Company has been informed that Mr. Bury has today purchased 300,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 7.125 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these purchases, Mr. Bury is now interested in 10,295,661 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 5.1% of the total issued share capital.
