Issue of Equity

ServicePower Technologies Plc (AIM: SVR), a market leader in outsourced services and field management, today announces that further to the announcement on 24 January 2013 regarding the acquisition of Stratix Corporation's Software Division and its Field Service Mobile software ("the Acquisition"), 10,504,025 new ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the share capital of the Company have been issued and allotted ("New Ordinary Shares") as consideration for the Acquisition.



Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission is expected to take place at 8.00 a.m. on 30 January 2013. Following Admission, the Company will have 200,030,324 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") in issue. There are no shares held in treasury.
