ServicePower (AIM: SVR), a market leader in field management, today announces that following 14 years with the Company, Lindsay Bury will be stepping down from his position as Chairman of the Board, assuming the role of Non-Executive Director.

Mr Hugh Fitzwilliam-Lay, a long standing Non-Executive Director of the Company, will take on the role of Chairman. These changes will become effective as of 1st April 2014.
