Issue of Options
ServicePower Technologies Plc (AIM: SVR), a market leader in field management, announces that on10 December 2013 Marne Martin, CEO, and Joe Wang, COO Americas, were granted the following number of options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") ("Options").

The Options have an exercise price of 5.25 per Ordinary Share, being the closing mid market price on the day prior to grant. The Options vest and may be exercised on the following dates:
Marne Martin:
· 5,050,000 immediately
· 1,162,362 on or after the day immediately following the date of grant
· 87,638 on or after 1 January 2014
Joe Wang:
· 1,750,000 immediately
· 1,162,362 on or after the day immediately following the date of grant
· 87,638 on or after 1 January 2014
13 million Options previously granted to Directors who are no longer on the Board have been returned un-exercised, some of which have been re-granted as above. The remaining 3.7 million options returned are expected to be re-granted over time to other senior managers within the Company.
