ServicePower (AIM:SVR), a market leader for outsourced service and field management, will be holding its Annual General Meeting at 10.30am this morning. At the meeting, Lindsay Bury, Chairman of the Company will make the following statement:

"We have enjoyed a strong level of trading in the first four months of the year, building on the successes of 2010. The signing of a multi-year licence and revenue share contract in February for our ServiceOperations software with one of the world's leading specialty insurance providers, Assurant Solutions, was particularly significant and we have a strong pipeline of prospects from within their customer base.
