Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has granted shadow share options in respect of 12,000 ordinary shares of 12.5p each in S & U to a Director of the Company under the Company's 2010 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").
These LTIP shadow share option awards were all made on 1 August 2019 and were included in the Remuneration Policy and Annual Remuneration Report approved by shareholders at the Company's AGM in May 2018.
The earliest date the awards will vest is on 1 August 2022 all at an exercise price of 12.5p each. The vesting of the awards is subject to the Director remaining in employment with the Company until August 2020 and meeting specified performance targets.
