S & U PLC ("S&U" or "the Company")
Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has granted share options in respect of a number of ordinary shares in S & U PLC to Company directors under the Company's 2010 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").
The option awards were all made on 26 May 2011.
The earliest date the awards will vest is on 26 May 2014. Under the terms of the LTIP two exceptional awards of 10,000 options each were made to AMV Coombs and GDC Coombs in recognition of their exceptional management of the group in a difficult economic climate over the past year. The vesting of these exceptional awards is subject to remaining in employment with the Company for three years. The vesting of the other awards to JG Thompson, CH Redford, MJ Mullins and MJ Thompson is subject to remaining in employment with the Company for three years and meeting stretching performance targets.
