The Company has granted share options in respect of a number of ordinary shares in S & U PLC as set out in column (2) of the table below to the directors and PDMRs set out in column (1) in that table under the Company's 2008 Discretionary Share Option Plan ("DSOP").

The option awards were all made on 24th May 2010.

The earliest date the awards will vest is on 24th May 2013. The vesting of the awards is subject to remaining in employment with the Company for three years.
