Sub: Outcome of Extraordinary General Meeting
Please be informed that an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company was held on February 9, 2011 at the Registered Office of the Company at Adarsh Tech Park, Outer Ring Road, Devarabisanahalli, Bangalore - 560 037 at 3 PM. At the EGM, the shareholders unanimously adopted the following resolution:
·; the preferential issue of upto 5 million equity shares of the Company to M/s KBC Aldini Capital Mauritius Limited, for a price of Rs. 81/- per equity share, in accordance with Chapter VII of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009
