The following amendment has been made to the 'Form 8 (OPD) - STM Group plc' announcement released on 25 July 2023 at 7:00am under RNS No 0301H.
Changes have been made to Section 3 in respect of the shareholdings of Alan Kentish and his close relatives and Therese Neish and her close relatives.
All other details remain unchanged.
