SOFTWARE RADIO TECHNOLOGY PLC ("SRT" or the "Company") Live Shareholder Webcast

On Wednesday 1 February 2012 at 9.00 a.m. (G.M.T.), AIM-quoted marine electronics developer, SRT will host a live shareholder webcast open to existing and prospective private and institutional investors.
