SOFTWARE RADIO TECHNOLOGY PLC TETRA TECHNOLOGY LICENCE AGREEMENT The Directors of Software Radio Technology plc ("SRT") are pleased to announcethat SRT has signed a TETRA technology licence agreement with an establishedOEM manufacturer of professional mobile radio products in Taiwan.The customer will use SRT's reference design to create a TETRA handset which isexpected to be launched into the market in late 2006. SRT will be paid alicence and product development support fee, which is payable in stages againstmilestones during the development of the customer's handset, plus a royalty onevery unit manufactured in accordance with its standard business model. Thecontract is mutually exclusive in respect of Taiwan and is intended to form thebasis of a long term partnership.Simon Tucker, SRT's Commercial Director said:"This agreement is an important development for SRT.
