AGM & Investor Open Day

SRT Marine Systems plc ('SRT'), a global provider of maritime domain awareness systems and technologies for security, safety and environmental protection hereby provides a further announcement and reminder of its Investor Open Day and AGM taking place on Thursday, 23rd January 2025 in Midsomer Norton, Bath, UK.

We encourage all interested parties in the Company, whether they are a shareholder or not, to take advantage of the open day which take place between 09:00am and 10:45am on Thursday 23rd January 2025 at our Headquarters in Midsomer Norton. Anyone can visit and there is no need to register or be an existing shareholder and there is no fixed format. You will have the opportunity to mingle and speak openly to a range of SRT employees, view the facilities and see our products demonstrated.

The formal AGM will take place at the nearby Centurian Hotel in Midsomer Norton, starting from 11:000am through to 1:00pmand will include a buffet lunch.

The nearest train station is Bath Spa which is approximately 30 mins by taxi from Midsomer Norton. The exact address of our offices can be found in the contact section of our website. If you are arriving by car ample parking is available at our offices.
