SOFTWARE RADIO TECHNOLOGY PLC ("SRT" or the "Company") Live Shareholder Webcast
On Wednesday 1 February 2012 at 9.00 a.m. (G.M.T.), AIM-quoted marine electronics developer, SRT will host a live shareholder webcast open to existing and prospective private and institutional investors.
Simon Tucker, SRT's CEO, will provide responses to questions through a live video webcast which can be accessed by any interested party worldwide by visiting the website listed below.
The format for the live webcast will be as follows:
* Investors are invited to email questions prior to the event to investor@softwarerad.com. These questions will help form the presentation given by Simon Tucker on the webcast. Questions must be submitted before 8.45 a.m. on Wednesday 1 February. * Investors will need to go to www.softwarerad.com/investorwebcast and login using a nickname and their email address.
