Extension of InkSure Technologies, Inc. ("Inksure") Asset Purchase Agreement
On October 2, 2013, Spectra Systems announced that it had agreed to acquire substantially all of Inksure's brand protection and tax stamp authentication assets, which it had expected to complete in December 2013.
As a result of delays related to SEC regulatory approvals for Inksure shareholders, the Board has agreed an extended final closing date and now anticipates the acquisition to complete by late February 2014.
