1Spatial plc, the global geospatial software and solutions company, is pleased to confirm, further to the announcement released earlier today entitled "Launch of Placing via Accelerated Bookbuild", that the bookbuild has been successful and is now closed.
Participants in the Placing will be contacted by N+1 Singer to confirm their final allocations and a further announcement providing full details of the Placing will be made in due course.
