Admission to trading on AIM

First Day of Dealing

The Board of 1Spatial Holdings plc ("1Spatial"), the AIM quoted provider of products and services that enable clients to collect, audit, manage, modify and reuse geospatial (location based) data, is pleased to announce the admission of its share capital to trading on AIM and the first day of dealings in its ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") following completion of the reverse takeover of 1Spatial Group Limited.

The Company has 21,188,926Ordinary Shares of 4.00p in issue.

Cambridge based, 1Spatial is a provider of intelligent, automated, data quality and integration platforms for organisations worldwide that need to trust their location-based information. The solutions and services provided are well suited for organisations, which handle high volumes of business critical location-based data. The technology is delivered either as on a soft-ware license model or as a hosted service, and is used by a number of organisations including: national mapping & charting agencies, public sector organisations, energy, utilities and telecommunications specialists and transport and defence businesses in order to improve efficiency, reduce costs and improve decision making.

Commenting on the admission Nic Snape, CEO of 1Spatial, said: "We have been considering a move to AIM for a significant period and this reversal offered the perfect opportunity to come to the market.
