The directors of Avisen plc announce that Imzini Beleggings (Pty) Ltd, Annelize Venter and Marianne Vosloo have been allotted an aggregate of 1,430,688 ordinary shares of 5p in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares"). The New Ordinary Shares have been issued in connection with the Company's previous acquisition of iCentric Consulting (Proprietary) Limited.
Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of the New Ordinary Shares and dealings are expected to commence on 9 August 2010 ("Admission"). The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with, and will be identical in all respects to, the existing ordinary shares of the Company. Following Admission the enlarged share capital of the Company will consist of 226,699,878 ordinary shares of 5p.
