Transaction in Own Shares

Somero Enterprises, Inc ® (the "Company")

Somero announces that in accordance with the share repurchase programme announced on 20 May 2013, it purchased and transferred into treasury 60,827 shares of its own shares on 25 June 2013 at a price of 63.5 pence per share.

The Company's total issued ordinary share capital is 56,425,598 shares. Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 60,827 of its shares in Treasury and has 56,364,771 ordinary shares in issue excluding Treasury shares.
