Symphony International Holdings Limited ("Symphony" or the "Company") (LSE: SIHL) announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 22,630,141 ordinary shares of no par value to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the London Stock Exchange.

These shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue, result from an exercise of options that were granted to Symphony Investment Managers Limited in 2012 as part of the contractual arrangements. Following the issue of these option shares, there are no unexercised options remaining.

It is expected that admission will occur on 14 September 2018.

Following the additional listing, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 513,366,198 ordinary shares. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 513,366,198. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules,
