Update on Reporting

As previously announced, the Company will no longer use proceeds from realisations for new investments. Instead, the Company plans to distribute these proceeds when feasible, while ensuring sufficient liquidity to cover ongoing expenses and potential follow-on investments in existing portfolio companies. Consequently, we anticipate reduced investment activity and fewer updates on the Company's portfolio. Therefore updates on the portfolio will be provided whenever there is material information to report and by way of semi-annual portfolio reports similar to those previously provided for the mid-year and year end periods.
