On 24 September 2020, the Company was notified by Peter Williams, Non-Executive Director and PDMR, that he had purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of £1.42 per share and 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £1.46 per share.
