Hans Schmitt, Managing Director International & Wholesale, will step down from the Board and leave the business on 31 December 2014 to take the role of Executive Vice President Global Sales at Diesel.
Flemming Jensen joined the business on 20 October 2014 and has assumed responsibility for global wholesale. Flemming has previously held a variety of sales and operational roles in his 12 years at Nike and, more recently, as the Global Head of Sales and Operations at Triumph International.
Euan Sutherland, Chief Executive Officer, commented:
"Flemming joins the business with significant international wholesale credentials and his experience operating in international markets will greatly benefit the Company.
On behalf of the board I would like to take this opportunity to thank Hans for his work in driving forward the Group's international strategy and wish him well in his role at Diesel."
