Surface Transforms Plc ("Surface Transforms" or "the Company") Trading Statement and Update
The Company announces that trading in the six months ended 30 November 2007 was in line with management's expectations.
Turnover for the period was significantly higher that the corresponding period last year and cash balances at the period end were ‚£1.6 million (2006: ‚£1.47 million) equating to 8.4 pence per share. Sales of automotive discs to the high performance and race car markets represent the majority of the turnover generated in the period.
The Company has a strong forward order book and expects to report the interim results for the six months ended 30 November 2007 in early February 2008.
