18 April 2007 Surface Transforms plc ("Surface Transforms" or the "Company") Director's shareholding and holdings in Company
The Company announces that Julio Faria, Technical Director, yesterday sold 9,756 ordinary shares in the Company at 20.5p per share, equivalent to 0.07 per cent of the issued voting share capital of the Company. Mr Faria now holds 1,848,089 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 13.17 per cent of the issued voting share capital of Surface Transforms.
The ordinary shares have been acquired by Geoff Hall, Financial Controller and Company Secretary, and his wife Susan Hall. Following the purchase Mr Hall and his wife hold 24,040 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 0.17 per cent of the issued voting share capital of Surface Transforms.
The Company also announces that it was notified yesterday that Gartmore Investment Management has purchased 1,075,000 ordinary shares in the Company in two transactions, equivalent to 7.66 per cent of the issued voting share capital of the Company. This is Gartmore Investment Management's entire holding.
In addition, the Company was notified yesterday that JP Morgan Asset Management has sold 468,571 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 3.34 per cent of the issued voting share capital of the Company. Following the sale JP Morgan Asset Management no longer has a notifiable interest in the voting share capital of Surface Transforms.
