30 March 2007 Surface Transforms plc (the "Company") Issue of share options
The Company announces that it has today granted options over 230,000 ordinary shares to directors of the Company as set out below:
Dr Kevin Johnson 100,000 Dr Geoff Gould 50,000 Kevin D'Silva 50,000 Dr David Clark 15,000 Ken Baker 15,000
The options have been granted under both the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive ('EMI') Scheme and the Company's two Inland Revenue unapproved share option schemes for both executives and non executives. The exercise price is 21 pence per share, equivalent to the closing price on 29 March 2007. The options can be exercised at any time between 30 March 2010 and 29 March 2017.
