The following supplementary prospectus (the Supplementary Prospectus) has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is available for viewing:
Supplementary Prospectus dated 27 July 2016 to (i) the base prospectus dated 1 June 2016 as supplemented previously on 30 June 2016 relating to the €35,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme of Santander UK plc, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and principal by Abbey Covered Bonds LLP; and (ii) the base prospectus dated 1 June 2016, relating to the U.S.$30,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Santander UK plc (together, the Base Prospectuses).
