Dividend announcement

SpaceandPeople, (AIM:SAL) the retail, promotional and brand experience specialist, announced in its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2017 on 26 March 2018, a proposed final dividend of 1.50 pence per share for which the key dates are as follows:

· Ex-dividend date 12 April 2018

· Record date 13 April 2018

· Payment date 25 April 2018

The dividend is subject to shareholder approval which will be sought at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 24 April 2018.
