SpaceandPeople PLC29 October 2007 SpaceandPeople Plc("SpaceandPeople") Issue of Equity SpaceandPeople, the company which organises and manages promotional space inshopping centres and other high-footfall venues, announces that it has placed,conditional on admission, 131,579 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each at aplacing price of 190 pence per share, raising £250,000. The proceeds of the placing will be used for general corporate purposes. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares inthe Company and application has been made for the shares to be admitted totrading on AIM.
