Further Extension of Due Diligence Period

Further to the announcements of 26th September 2017 and 3 November 2017, the due diligence period on four or five copper/cobalt tailings near Kolwezi in the Democratic Republic of Congo has been further extended until 31 January 2018.
Red Rock Chairman Andrew Bell comments: "The amount of work carried out on site has not allowed meaningful results to be obtained yet that would enable us to make a well-founded investment decision. The greater part of the available tailings remain untested, partly as a result of a very wet start to the rainy season, and partly due to the very thorough nature of the due diligence we are carrying out. With the Christmas and New Year period approaching, we and the vendors, for whose active and full-hearted assistance on the ground we are grateful, have mutually agreed on this further extension.".
