The Company announces that it has today published its Notice of 2022 Annual General Meeting which can be viewed on the Company's website at: https://corporate.deliveroo.co.uk.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2022 has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://www.fca.org.uk/markets/primary-markets/regulatory-disclosures/national-storage-mechanism.
The 2021 Annual Report and Accounts continue to be available to view on the Company's website at: https://corporate.deliveroo.co.uk/.
