The Company announces that it has today published its Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting (the "Notice") which can be viewed on the Company's website at: https://corporate.deliveroo.co.uk/investors/shareholder-information/agm/.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R the Notice has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://www.fca.org.uk/markets/primary-markets/regulatory-disclosures/national-storage-mechanism.
