Rockwood Realisation (AIM: RKW), announces that it received notice on 4 January 2022 that Mr Christopher Mills, via Harwood Capital LLP, Chief Executive of the investment manager, purchased 1,500 ordinary shares in the capital of RKW at a price of 1400.00 pence per Ordinary Share, on 31 December 2021.
Following the purchase, Mr Mills' resultant holding in RKW is 103,999 Ordinary Shares, reflecting 4.09% of the Company's issued share capital.
