IN BRIEF: Rockwood share split to become effective on October 11

Rockwood Strategic PLC - London-based investor in smaller UK public companies, formerly known as Rockwood Realisation PLC - Sets out further details of the share sub-division which was approved at the annual general meeting on September 12. Under the sub-division, each ordinary share of 50 pence each will be sub-divided into ten new ordinary shares of 5 pence each. Therefore, explains on October 11, being the effective date for the sub-division, the price of each share will become one tenth of the price of each existing share.

(Alliance News) - Rockwood Strategic PLC on Wednesday declared no dividend but said its net asset value grew over the past year with a positive total return, and proclaimed confidence in its portfolio and investment strategy.
