Rockwood Realisation (AIM: RKW), announces that it received notice on 31 December 2021 that Mr Christopher Mills, via Harwood Capital LLP, Chief Executive of the investment manager, purchased 2,000 ordinary shares in the capital of RKW at a price of 1400.00 pence per Ordinary Share, on 30 December 2021.
Following the purchase, Mr Mills' resultant holding in RKW is 102,499 Ordinary Shares, reflecting 4.03% of the Company's issued share capital.
