The Company announces that The Inglis Charitable Trust, a trust closely associated with Stephen J Inglis, non-independent Director of the Company and CEO of the asset manager to the Company, purchased 27,927 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of £0.709 per share on 4 July 2022.
