Director Appointment
The Board of Regional REIT is pleased to announce that Sarah Whitney will be appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 4 August 2025. Sarah will also be appointed to the Audit, Nomination and Management Engagement and Remuneration Committees.
Sarah is a Chartered Accountant with more than 35 years of experience in advising on strategy, corporate finance, real estate and economic development matters.
Sarah is currently Senior Independent Director of Bellway PLC and Non-executive Director and Audit Chair of JP Morgan Global Growth & Income plc. She is a Governor and Chair of the Audit Committee of University College London and a Member of the Investment Committee at Nuffield College, Oxford. Sarah was previously a Non-executive Director at St Modwen Properties PLC, Tritax Eurobox PLC, and Chair of the Supervisory Board of BBGI Global Infrastructure S.A.
There are no other details or disclosures to be made which are required under UKLR 6.4.8R of the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules.

About Regional REIT
Regional REIT Ltd. ("Regional REIT" or the "Company") and its subsidiaries (the "Group") is a United Kingdom ("UK") based real estate investment trust that launched in November 2015. Regional REIT's commercial property portfolio is comprised wholly of income producing UK assets, predominantly offices located in the regional centres outside of the M25 motorway. Regional REIT pursues its investment objective by investing in, actively managing and disposing of regional Core and Core Plus Property assets. It aims to deliver an attractive total return to its Shareholders, targeting greater than 10% per annum, with a strong focus on income supported by additional capital growth prospects.
