Verdes Management PLC

Verdes Management plc

("VMP" or the "Company")

APPOINTMENT OF VERDES MANAGEMENT PANEL

Verdes Management plc (AIM: VMP), the specialist turnaround services provider, announces that it has established a Panel to assist VMP in sourcing and executing business opportunities.

The Panel consists of a number of highly experienced individuals working across a broad range of fields including law, accountancy, fund management and financial services. Each member of the Panel has been selected due to their significant City experience of corporate transactions and rescue situations combined in some cases with strong sector specific skills.

VMP was established to support distressed and underperforming UK companies. The Panel enhances the Company's ability to approach such companies and their shareholders whilst adding to the Company's creative thinking and overall positioning on each project. This will enable Verdes to offer truly independent advice and highly tailored solutions.

Adam Webb, CEO of Verdes said:

"I am delighted with the launch of the Panel. The track record and experience of the individuals is a significant endorsement of our business plan and greatly enhances our offering and capabilities.

We believe that the current market conditions offer significant opportunities for Verdes and with the creation of the Panel, we are now well resourced to make substantial strides in the months ahead."
