Changes to the Board
Following the appointment of Richard Phillips as a non-executive director on 9 May the Board today announces that:
Mike Hosie, Finance Director of Verdes Management plc and previously of X-Phonics plc, has resigned. Having assisted with the change in business strategy he has resigned to concentrate on his other business interests.
Janet Rubin, a Non-Executive Director, has also resigned in order to pursue other business interests. She joined the Board and invested in the company in 2010, has chaired the Remuneration Committee and also assisted in the change of business strategy.
The Board would like to thank both Janet and Mike for their significant contribution to the establishment of Verdes. It is grateful that both remain available to assist from time to time going forward.
Nicholas Narraway has been appointed Company Secretary and Tanya Campbell has been appointed Chief Accountant.
