Board Change
Further to the announcement on 20 May 2015 the Company announces that with effect from 31 July 2015 Francis Reid has stepped down from the Company's Board. Roger Bullen has been appointed as the Company's new Chief Financial Officer and will step up to the Company's board on 1 October 2015. Disclosures under schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules will be made at that time.
Charles Clark, CEO, said, "The Board, as a whole, would like to thank Francis for his contribution to the Company and wish him every success in the future."
