PDMR Dealing
The Company has been informed that between 27 and 28 January 2020 Charles Clark, a PDMR, sold a total of 150,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 5.75p per share. Following this transaction, Mr Clark has a total interest of 9,576,415 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.96 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
