Change of auditor
Rosslyn Data Technologies plc (AIM: RDT), a leading global big data technology company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nexia Smith & Williamson as its new auditor.
The appointment follows a periodic review of the auditor role for the Group, with Grant Thornton LLP having been in the role since the Company's IPO in 2014. The process involved invitations to four audit firms to submit proposals.
The Company looks forward to working with Nexia Smith & Williamson, and thanks Grant Thornton for their work over the last six years.
