The Company has been informed that Hugh Cox, Founder & Chief Information Officer, purchased 110,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), through his Self-Invested Personal Pension ("SIPP") on 23 September 2020 at a price of 5.89p per share.
