Issue of Equity
The Company announces today that, following the achievement of targets for the financial year ended 30 April 2020 pursuant to the Company's Executive Bonus Scheme, application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM ("Admission") of 927,000 new ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company ("New Ordinary Shares").
The New Ordinary Shares are being issued at the price of 5.65 pence on 24 September 2020 to the following directors, who have agreed to receive shares in lieu of cash:

Admission is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on or around 1 October 2020, and the New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares. Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 339,842,521 Ordinary Shares, each with voting rights, which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
