Paragraph 3 of the additional disclosures has been amended to disclose a holdingof ordinary shares of the Company held in a Self Invested Pension Plan of whichthe director is beneficiary. The Plan is managed by an unconnected third party.The holding subsisted prior to the date of the director's appointment, althoughthe director was unaware of it at that date. Mr Cornish was a senior partner at Deloitte & Touche until his retirement in2004, having lead its Investment Trust Industry Team since the late 1980s. He iscurrently chairman of a public investment company, Framlington Innovative GrowthTrust PLC and director of three others.
