Rainbow Rare Earths Limited ("Rainbow" or the "Company") (LSE: RBW)
Publication of Prospectus
Further to the announcement of conditional raising of finance on 3 July 2019, the Company is pleased to announce the publication of a Prospectus, the purpose of which is to authorise the Company to apply for the admission of the 163,975,884 new Ordinary Shares to the Standard List of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
The issue of these shares remains subject to shareholder approval at a general meeting of shareholders to be held on 19 July 2019 at the offices of Rainbow at Trafalgar Court, Admiral Park, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3EL.
The Prospectus is available from today on the Company's website (www.rainbowrareearths.com//investors/corporate-documents/), and will be submitted shortly to the National Storage Mechanism and available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.
