LTIP AWARDS
Persimmon Plc ("the Company") announces that on 17 October 2012 the following grants of options were made to executive directors under the Persimmon Plc 2012 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan").

J Fairburn | 2,416,000 | £6.20 |
These awards are subject to the performance condition set out in the rules of the Plan and may vest up to 40% in 2017 and the remainder in 2021.
As a result of the above, the directors hold options/awards over the following number of ordinary shares granted under the Company's various share schemes:-
