Persimmon Plc announces that onΒ 16Β MayΒ 2008 it transferredΒ 148,591Β Ordinary Shares held in TreasuryΒ to participantsΒ in the Persimmon Plc Long Term Incentive Plan to satisfy the exercise of optionsΒ at a price of Β£7.465.Β
